Parker joined Richardson Properties in 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, including owning/managing a commercial real estate business and working as a senior credit officer in commercial real estate finance covering Washington, D.C. through South Carolina. Parker's past and present community involvement include serving as a director for the boards of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, Piedmont Land Conservancy, United Arts Council of Greater Greensboro, and the Guilford Battleground Company. He has a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.

 

Jae joined Richardson Properties in 2019. His responsibilities include portfolio management and sourcing new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Richardson, Jae spent 20 years in commercial real estate finance working for multiple national and regional banking institutions. His roles in commercial finance included a mix of production, credit and management positions with a focus on middle market opportunities in the Carolinas. Jae graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994.

Rick joined Richardson Properties in 2023 as our newest Vice President. His primary responsibilities include sourcing new development opportunities as well as asset management for existing office, industrial and multifamily assets. Rick has over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining Richardson Properties, he worked with Highwoods Properties and First Bank in the Triad. Most recently, he worked with Foundry Commercial out of their Raleigh office. Rick has been an active member in NAIOP serving on both a local and national level. He is a graduate of Georgetown University.

Kevin has been with the Richardson companies since 2000. His primary responsibilities include treasury, financial reporting, financial analysis, accounting, and investor relations. Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to joining Richardson Properties and Richardson Corporation, Kevin spent 7 years with RSM US LLP, including 2 years as a Manager in their Greensboro, North Carolina office.

Jake joined Richardson Properties as an Investment Manager in 2025 after graduating with an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill. During business school, Jake was a Fund Manager for UNC’s student-led real estate fund and a summer intern with Ram Realty Advisors in Charlotte, NC. Prior to his MBA, Jake was an Acquisition Associate at Havenpark Communities and co-founded Nelson Restoration Properties. Jake graduated from Brigham Young University in 2017 with a degree in Business Management-Strategy.
